What ISSB test is?
 ISSB stands for Inter Services Selection Board. If any ambitious person wants to become officer in Pakistan defence forces (Army,Navy,Air Force) and wants to serve the nation. He has to appear in front of ISSB. This Test consists of three separate exams conducted by three separated independent examiners. After these exams and separate assessment of each candidate the three different testing officers convene a conference for the final measure of the ability of the candidate. These three examiners (Psychologist. GTO and Deputy President)decides whether the candidate is Recommended or Not Recommended.

Initial Test for ARMY

These are qualifying tests for ISSB and not part of five days at ISSB. These initial tests are held at selection centers in different cities.

Filling of bio data forms in ISSB

These are some forms which are filled by candidates in ISSB and selection center. These forms are of prime importance and these forms are followed till the end of ISSB. The information provided by the candidate should be original and correct in all aspects. Four different types of forms are filled by the candidates which contain pure personnel information like your height, weight, name, father and mother names and their ages etc. 

It has four very important questions
